My mission is to be the trusted trainer in the greater Portland area for athletes and adults who haven’t found success with traditional programs. Helping them optimize movement, enhance performance, and build long-term health through honest, expert-led coaching.

Step 3
Start your individualized program with ongoing coaching, structure, and accountability to help you move better and perform at your best.
We’ll evaluate how you move, identify any limitations, and build a clear, personalized plan based on your goals.

My Background
As a dedicated strength and conditioning coach, I am passionate about empowering individuals to transform their lives through exercise and movement. With over six years of experience in coaching human movement, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England. My journey has allowed me to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, each with their own unique goals.
I started my training business to support those who feel lost or are struggling to re-establish an exercise routine. I understand that a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work for most people. My focus is on creating customized training programs that cater to your individual needs, especially for those dealing with aches and pains as they return to fitness.
Since 2018, I’ve been coaching movement and working with a wide range of clients. Through that experience, I’ve learned that the body performs best when training is built around the individual. That philosophy now drives my coaching, helping clients reach their goals while improving how they move and feel.
