My Background
As a dedicated strength and conditioning coach, I am passionate about empowering individuals to transform their lives through exercise and movement. With over six years of experience in coaching human movement, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England. My journey has allowed me to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, each with their own unique goals.
I started my training business to support those who feel lost or are struggling to re-establish an exercise routine. I understand that a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work for most people. My focus is on creating customized training programs that cater to your individual needs, especially for those dealing with aches and pains as they return to fitness.
Since 2018, I’ve enjoyed coaching CrossFit and have embraced competition, but I’ve also learned that my body thrives when I tailor my workouts to my unique body type and structure. This philosophy guides my coaching, ensuring that each client not only achieves their fitness goals but also feels great doing it.
